Tiggon Privacy Policy
This page is the official privacy policy for the Tiggon iOS app. It is intended for in-app reference, App Store review, and public legal disclosure.

1. 我们处理哪些数据
- App 内记录与设置：包括你创建或保存的用户资料、练功记录、累计统计、自定义序列、偏好设置，以及其他由 Tiggon 管理的应用数据。
- 云端同步标识与元数据：如果你开启 Cloud Sync，Tiggon 会使用与你 Apple 账号关联的私有 CloudKit 数据库、记录标识和同步元数据来完成多设备同步。
- HealthKit 数据：如果你主动授权 HealthKit，Tiggon 可能读取睡眠分析、心率变异性（HRV）、静息心率、呼吸频率、血氧、活动能量、运动时间、步数、正念时段等数据；在你授权写入时，也可能将练功结果写回 Apple Health 中的 Workout 或正念记录。当前读取类型包括 sleepAnalysis、heartRateVariabilitySDNN、restingHeartRate、respiratoryRate、oxygenSaturation、activeEnergyBurned、appleExerciseTime、stepCount 和 mindfulSession；当前写入类型包括 HKWorkout 和 mindfulSession。
- 订阅与购买数据：如果你购买、恢复或校验订阅，我们会通过 RevenueCat 处理商品标识、权益状态、购买状态和恢复流程所需的信息。
- 反馈数据：如果你主动使用应用内反馈功能，WishKit 会处理你提交的建议、描述内容，以及你自愿填写的邮箱地址。
- 匿名分析与有限技术上下文：我们使用 TelemetryDeck 收集匿名使用事件，例如页面查看、功能点击、练功流程进度或订阅流程事件。该类数据默认不包含姓名、邮箱、电话等直接身份信息，但可能包含为分析所需的有限技术上下文，例如 App 版本或平台环境。
- 可选媒体与远程资源数据：如果你主动使用视频投稿、媒体处理、远程资源下载或相似功能，相关内容可能会上传到服务端进行处理，或从远程服务分发到你的设备。
- HealthKit 使用边界：Tiggon 不会将你的 HealthKit 数据用于广告投放、营销画像或出售给数据经纪商。HealthKit 数据仅用于你请求或启用的健康与健身相关功能。
2. 我们如何收集这些数据
- 你主动输入、保存或编辑时收集：例如资料、练功记录、自定义序列、反馈内容和设置项。
- 你授权后从 Apple 服务读取：例如 HealthKit 数据读取和写入、CloudKit 同步容器访问。
- 你使用订阅、反馈或远程功能时由相关服务提供：例如 RevenueCat、WishKit、Cloudflare 相关请求和返回的数据。
- 你使用 App 过程中自动生成：例如匿名产品分析事件、同步元数据，以及为恢复状态所需的应用内部记录。
3. 我们如何使用这些数据
- 提供核心功能，包括本地保存、练功记录、统计与洞察展示。
- 在你同意开启 Cloud Sync 后，通过 Apple CloudKit 在登录同一 Apple 账号的设备之间同步 Tiggon 数据。
- 在你授权的前提下读取 Apple Health 数据，用于 Rhythm 分析；在你授权写入时，将相关练功结果写回 Apple Health。
- 支持订阅购买、恢复购买和权益校验。
- 接收并处理你主动提交的产品反馈。
- 通过匿名分析了解哪些功能被使用，以改进稳定性、可用性、排查问题和产品方向。
- 在你主动触发相关功能时处理视频投稿、远程资源传输或媒体内容分发。
3.1 可选视频上传的额外说明
视频投稿是可选且由用户主动触发的功能。只有当你主动选择视频，并在上传前确认同意后，Tiggon 才会将处理后的视频文件及相关单式信息上传到基于 Cloudflare 的存储和审核服务，用于内容审核、功能验证，以及可选的 AI 动作识别与评分改进。
如果你不想让相关内容存储在服务器上，请不要继续上传，并且不要在上传前同意该次提交。不使用视频投稿不会影响核心练功、记录、统计或本地数据功能。
4. 云端同步、存储位置与传输范围
- 默认情况下，Tiggon 仅在当前设备本地存储你的数据。
- 只有当你明确同意并开启 Cloud Sync 后，Tiggon 才会使用 Apple CloudKit，将可同步的 Tiggon 应用数据保存到你 iCloud 账户关联的私有数据库中。
- 云端同步的数据主要包括 Tiggon 自己管理的应用记录和设置，例如资料、练功记录、自定义内容、偏好设置，以及为了恢复多设备体验所需的衍生或聚合后的 Rhythm 相关数据。
- Tiggon 不会将你在 Apple Health 中的全部原始样本按原样、全量地上传到 CloudKit。Rhythm 计算会使用你授权读取的 HealthKit 数据，但云端同步并不等同于“把所有原始 HealthKit 数据整体搬到云端”。
- Tiggon 不会将原始 HealthKit 数据复制到开发者自有服务器，也不会主动把原始 HealthKit 数据导出为自己的云端同步内容。CloudKit 同步的目标是 Tiggon 的应用内容和非医疗性质的应用记录，而不是复制你的 Apple Health 数据库。
- 如果你主动使用视频投稿，处理后的视频文件和相关单式信息会发送到基于 Cloudflare 的服务，用于审核、验证和可选的模型改进。
5. 你的选择权与控制
- 你可以在首次说明页选择“仅在本机使用”，不启用 Cloud Sync。这个本机使用路径是真实可用的；不启用同步不会阻止 App 的核心练功与记录功能。
- 你可以在 Settings / Privacy / Data 中随时关闭 Cloud Sync。关闭后，后续重启进入的会话将停止新的云端同步；但仅关闭同步本身不会自动删除已经保存在 CloudKit 中的数据。
- 你可以在 Settings / Privacy / Data 中关闭“Use Health Data for Rhythm”。关闭后，Tiggon 会停止新的 HealthKit 读取，也不会再把健康数据用于新的 Rhythm 计算。
- 你可以在系统设置中管理或撤回 HealthKit 权限。撤回权限后，Tiggon 将无法继续访问对应健康数据。
- 你可以在 App 内关闭匿名产品分析。
- 如果你不想将视频内容上传到服务器，可以不使用视频投稿功能，或在每次上传前的确认弹窗中选择取消。
- 如果你的版本支持相关工具，你也可以在 App 内导出数据、删除本地数据或重置设置。
- 你可以使用 “Delete My Cloud Data” 删除 Tiggon 当前的 CloudKit 同步数据，并同时删除当前设备上的同步镜像。此操作不会删除 Apple Health 中原始的健康数据。
- 你可以通过 Apple 账户设置管理订阅。
- 对于可能通过反馈系统、可选上传系统或其他服务支持功能处理的数据，你可以通过 tiggonapp@gmail.com 提出删除请求，并尽量说明涉及功能、近似日期以及你使用的邮箱地址或账户上下文。
- 你也可以不使用反馈、视频投稿或其他需要主动提交内容的功能。
6. 数据保留与删除
- 本地设备上的 Tiggon 数据会保留到你主动删除、重置、卸载 App，或被新的本地数据覆盖为止。
- 通过 CloudKit 同步的 Tiggon 数据会保留到你在 App 中执行删除、通过相关 iCloud 账户移除这些同步数据，或停止使用该同步数据集为止。单纯关闭 Cloud Sync 只会停止后续同步，不会自动清除已有云端副本。
- “Delete My Cloud Data” 会删除 Tiggon 的 CloudKit 同步数据，并删除当前设备上的同步镜像；它不会删除 Apple Health 中原始的健康样本、Workout 或正念记录。
- 匿名分析、订阅、反馈等数据会按照对应服务商的处理流程以及运营、审计或法定义务所必需的期间保留。
- 反馈与支持通信可能会因支持历史、产品改进、防滥用和法律合规而保留。
- 你主动提交的视频内容会仅在实现审核、验证与可选模型改进所必需的期间保留，之后会被删除、替换或去标识化处理。
- 在法律合规、安全、防欺诈、争议处理或维护合法权利所必需的范围内，我们可能保留部分信息。
7. 第三方服务与 Apple 服务
- iCloud / CloudKit：作为 Tiggon 的官方 Apple 同步与存储后端，用于同步你的应用数据。
- HealthKit：仅在你授权后访问。未授权时，Tiggon 不会读取或写入你的健康数据。
- TelemetryDeck：用于匿名产品分析，不用于广告定向。
- RevenueCat：用于订阅管理、购买状态同步与恢复购买。
- WishKit：用于处理你主动提交的反馈内容。
- 可选媒体/资源服务：当你主动使用视频投稿、媒体处理或远程资源功能时，相关服务可能会接收你选择上传或下载的内容；其中视频投稿相关上传当前使用基于 Cloudflare 的存储和审核服务。
你对 Apple 或第三方服务的使用，也可能同时受其各自条款和隐私政策约束。相关服务也可能根据其技术安排和法律条款，在多个地区处理数据。
8. 不出售数据与广告说明
我们不会出售你的个人信息，也不会将你的数据用于第三方广告定向或跨应用追踪广告。我们也不会将 HealthKit 数据用于广告、营销画像或数据经纪出售。
9. 儿童隐私
Tiggon 并非面向儿童专门设计的应用。如果你认为未成年人在未经适当同意的情况下向我们提供了个人信息，请通过 tiggonapp@gmail.com 联系我们。
10. 政策更新
我们可能会不时更新本隐私策略。更新后会在本页面修改“最后更新日期”。如果更新涉及重要变化，我们会通过应用内页面或其他适当方式进行提示。

影片投稿是可選且由使用者主動觸發的功能。只有當你主動選擇影片，並在上傳前確認同意後，Tiggon 才會將處理後的影片檔案及相關單式資訊上傳到基於 Cloudflare 的儲存與審核服務，用於內容審核、功能驗證，以及可選的 AI 動作辨識與評分改進。
如果你不想讓相關內容儲存在伺服器上，請不要繼續上傳，並且不要在上傳前同意該次提交。不使用影片投稿不會影響核心練功、記錄、統計或本機資料功能。

Tiggon is an iOS app that helps users record practice sessions, review rhythm and insights, and work with Apple services when permission is granted. This Privacy Policy applies to the Tiggon iOS app, related training content, sync features, in-app feedback, optional media-submission features, and related support services. It explains what data we process, how we collect it, what may be stored in the cloud, and what controls and deletion options are available to you.
1. Data We Process
- App records and settings, including profile information, practice records, cumulative statistics, custom routines, preferences, and other app-managed data you create or save in Tiggon.
- Cloud sync identifiers and metadata, if you turn on Cloud Sync. Tiggon uses your Apple-account-linked private CloudKit database, record identifiers, and sync metadata to support multi-device sync.
- HealthKit data, if you grant permission. Tiggon may read sleep analysis, heart rate variability (HRV), resting heart rate, respiratory rate, oxygen saturation, active energy, exercise time, step count, mindful sessions, and related inputs used for Rhythm analysis. If you grant write permission, Tiggon may also write completed practice results back to Apple Health as workouts or mindful-session records. Current read types include sleepAnalysis, heartRateVariabilitySDNN, restingHeartRate, respiratoryRate, oxygenSaturation, activeEnergyBurned, appleExerciseTime, stepCount, and mindfulSession. Current write types include HKWorkout and mindfulSession.
- Subscription and purchase data processed through RevenueCat for product identifiers, entitlement state, purchase status, and restore flows.
- Feedback data, if you voluntarily use the in-app feedback feature powered by WishKit, including the text you submit and any email address you choose to provide.
- Anonymous analytics and limited technical context collected through TelemetryDeck, such as page views, feature usage, practice flow events, subscription flow events, and related app/platform context needed for product analytics. This data is not intended to include direct identifiers such as your name, email address, or phone number.
- Optional media and remote resource data, if you voluntarily use video contribution, media processing, remote asset download, or similar features that require server-side processing or remote distribution.
- HealthKit boundary: Tiggon does not use your HealthKit data for advertising, marketing profiling, or sale to data brokers. HealthKit data is used only for the health and fitness features you request or enable.
2. How We Collect Data
- Directly from you when you enter, save, or edit data in the app, such as profile content, practice records, preferences, routines, and feedback.
- From Apple services after you grant permission, such as HealthKit reads/writes and access to the CloudKit sync container.
- From integrated service providers when you use subscriptions, feedback, or remote features, such as RevenueCat, WishKit, and Cloudflare-backed upload flows.
- Automatically as part of app operation, such as anonymous analytics events, sync metadata, and app-internal state needed to restore your experience.
3. How We Use Data
- To provide core app functionality, including local storage, practice logging, statistics, and insights.
- To sync Tiggon data across devices signed into the same Apple account through Apple CloudKit, but only after you explicitly agree to turn on Cloud Sync.
- To read Apple Health data for Rhythm analysis when you authorize it, and to write related practice results back to Apple Health when you grant write access.
- To support subscriptions, purchase restoration, and entitlement validation.
- To receive and process feedback you choose to send.
- To understand feature usage through anonymous analytics and improve product stability, usability, troubleshooting, and roadmap decisions.
- To process optional video submissions, remote asset transfer, or media distribution only when you initiate those features.
3.1 Additional Information About Optional Video Uploads
Video contribution is an optional, user-initiated feature. Tiggon uploads a processed video file and related form details to Cloudflare-hosted storage and review services only after you deliberately choose a video and explicitly confirm consent before upload. This processing may be used for content review, feature validation, and optional AI movement-recognition and scoring improvements.
If you do not want related content stored on a server, do not proceed with the upload and do not agree to that submission in the pre-upload confirmation prompt. Not using video contribution does not affect core practice, logging, statistics, or local-data features.
4. Cloud Sync, Storage Location, and Upload Scope
- By default, Tiggon stores your data locally on the current device only.
- Tiggon uses Apple CloudKit only after you explicitly agree to turn on Cloud Sync. When enabled, synced Tiggon data is stored in the private CloudKit database associated with your iCloud account.
- Cloud-synced data primarily includes Tiggon-managed app records and settings, such as profile data, practice records, custom content, preferences, and derived or aggregated Rhythm-related data needed to restore your experience across devices.
- Tiggon does not intentionally upload every raw Apple Health sample as-is to CloudKit. Rhythm calculations may use HealthKit data you authorize locally, but Cloud Sync should not be understood as a bulk export of all raw HealthKit samples to the cloud.
- Tiggon does not copy raw HealthKit data into the developer's own servers, and it does not intentionally export raw HealthKit data as part of its own cloud-sync content. CloudKit sync is intended for Tiggon app content and non-medical app records, not for duplicating your Apple Health database.
- If you voluntarily use video contribution, the processed video file and related form details are sent to Cloudflare-hosted services for review, validation, and optional model improvement.
5. Your Choices and Controls
- You can choose "Use on This Device Only" on the first sync explanation screen and keep using Tiggon without Cloud Sync. This local-only path is fully available and does not block the app's core practice and logging features.
- You can turn off Cloud Sync later in Settings / Privacy / Data. After you restart the app, future sessions stop new cloud syncing. Turning Cloud Sync off by itself does not automatically delete data already stored in CloudKit.
- You can turn off "Use Health Data for Rhythm" in Settings / Privacy / Data. Turning it off stops new HealthKit reads for Rhythm and keeps health data out of new Rhythm calculations.
- You can manage or revoke HealthKit permissions in system settings. If permission is revoked, Tiggon can no longer access the relevant health data.
- You can turn off anonymous product analytics in the app.
- If you do not want video content uploaded to a server, you can avoid using video contribution or choose cancel in the confirmation prompt before each upload.
- If the relevant tools are available in your version of Tiggon, you can also export app data, delete local data, or reset settings from within the app.
- You can use "Delete My Cloud Data" to remove Tiggon's current CloudKit-synced data and the synced mirror on the current device. This does not delete your original Apple Health data.
- You can manage subscriptions through your Apple account settings.
- For data that may be processed through feedback systems, optional upload systems, or other service-supported features, you can request deletion by contacting tiggonapp@gmail.com and describing the feature involved, the approximate date, and the email address or account context you used.
- You can also choose not to use feedback, video contribution, or other features that require voluntary content submission.
6. Retention and Deletion
- Local Tiggon data remains on your device until you delete it, reset the app, uninstall the app, or overwrite it with newer local data.
- CloudKit-synced Tiggon data remains until you delete it from Tiggon, remove it through the associated iCloud account, or otherwise stop using that synced dataset. Turning Cloud Sync off only stops future syncing; it does not automatically erase the existing cloud copy.
- "Delete My Cloud Data" removes Tiggon's CloudKit-synced data and the synced mirror on the current device. It does not remove original Apple Health samples, workouts, or mindful-session records stored in Apple Health.
- Anonymous analytics, subscription, and feedback-related records may be retained for as long as needed for the service providers' processing flows and for operational, audit, or legal obligations.
- Feedback and support communications may be retained for support history, product improvement, abuse prevention, and legal compliance.
- Optional video submissions are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to support review, validation, and optional model-improvement purposes, after which they may be deleted, replaced, or de-identified.
- We may retain certain information where required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our legal rights.
7. Third-Party Services and Apple Services
- iCloud / CloudKit: used as Tiggon's Apple-hosted sync and storage backend for app data.
- HealthKit: accessed only after you grant permission. Without permission, Tiggon does not read or write your health data.
- TelemetryDeck: used for anonymous product analytics and not for advertising targeting.
- RevenueCat: used for subscription management, purchase state synchronization, and restore purchases.
- WishKit: used to process feedback that you voluntarily submit.
- Optional media and resource services: used only if you choose to use video contribution, media processing, or remote asset features. Video contribution uploads currently use Cloudflare-hosted storage and review services.
Your use of Apple or third-party services may also be subject to those providers' own terms and privacy policies. Depending on their technical arrangements and legal terms, relevant data may be processed across multiple regions.
8. No Sale of Personal Data and No Ad Targeting
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your data for third-party advertising targeting or cross-app advertising tracking. We also do not use HealthKit data for advertising, marketing profiling, or sale to data brokers.
9. Children's Privacy
Tiggon is not specifically directed to children. If you believe a minor has provided personal information without appropriate consent, please contact us at tiggonapp@gmail.com.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date on this page. If a change is material, we may also provide notice through the app or another appropriate method.
